CityNET Online Banking allows you to control your funds whether from home or on-the-go. This feature-rich platform looks and feels the same whether you are using a computer, laptop or smartphone! One of the first things you’ll notice when logging in to CityNET is the new layout. This layout reduces unused space to put more information where you need it most. It also takes advantage of natural break points between desktop and smartphone screens. This ensures a more consistent look, no matter what device you’re on.
Each account now appears as an individual element called an account tile. Each tile has its own functionality built in. By clicking on the double-bars on the right side of the tile, you get the option of making a quick transfer or viewing account activity.
You can now customize the look of your Home Screen by creating account groups. Account groups allow you to visually organize accounts. For example, you may have savings accounts for your children. You could create a group named “Kids Savings” and drag those account tiles to it. This would enable you to see those accounts at a glance in one place. To create a new account group, drag an account tile to the New Group icon that appears while a tile is being moved.
The Activity Center, located in the Transactions section, allows you to customize the columns based on what data you want to see. Simply select a transaction type to see the custom options.
The Bill Pay option, located in the Transactions section, now allows you to delete a payee or set up multi pay without having to navigate to the Bill Pay site.
